We serve authentic Beijing cuisine, inheriting the cooking techniques the Qing Dynasty’s court cuisine. We present unique local Beijing dishes, including Zha Jiang Noodles, Aiwowo, and many more, aided by a wide variety of meticulously prepared dishes and snacks.
